A real Vindaloo recipe, so not silly hot, more a medium heat with sweet n sour notes. And being authentic it’s made with coconut vinegar and a special vindaloo masala. We then add our own twist with a little apple, this balances out the acidity and creates a perfectly balanced curry that so removed from the British Indian version you can’t even compare!
