Chicken Pasanda

Chicken Pasanda is a mild and creamy dish made with aromatic spices, ground almonds, yoghurt. and ghee. The dish is finished with saffron milk and sour cream. This curry is a wonderful alternative to a Chicken Korma or Butter Chicken as it’s mildly spiced, but with a totally different flavour profile.
