A full-on flavoured dish with Portuguese influences, an intense Kashmiri chilli masala and rounded off with a little coconut vinegar. Not that dissimilar to a Goan Vindaloo, just a slightly smokier flavour profile and a medium chilli heat.
High meat content, hence the slightly higher price. No allergens. This dish is medium+ in terms of heat/spice.
