A beautifully balanced mild to medium dish that tastes wonderful, without being overly spicy. If you are looking for something a little warmer than a korma, but don’t fancy taking the next step up to a medium-spice dish, then this is definitely one to try.
The beef is marinated in yoghurt, turmeric, ginger, garlic and a little mild Kashmiri chilli powder. It’s then cooked with whole aromatic spices, green chilli, onion, tomato, and a special meat masala. Finished with fresh curry leaves and fresh coriander. Mild to medium.
