A perfect side dish, Sag Aloo, commonly known as Aloo Palak in India, combines tender potato slices with a smooth spinach gravy. Seasoned with cumin, bay, clove, and cinnamon, then cooked down with fresh tomatoes pureed spinach, hing, onions, ginger, methi, and garlic.
Delicious with almost all curries, and best served with plain rice, jeera rice, or chapatti.
