North Indian Lamb Masala

Diced lamb marinated in a herb and tomato masala then cooked in mustard oil with whole spices, onion, yoghurt, powdered spices, and garam masala.

A good all-rounder with delicious flavours and only medium in heat. Contains dairy and mustard.
