Tender local lamb is marinated overnight in yoghurt then cooked with whole spices, ghee, melon seed paste, cashew paste, onion paste, and poppy seed paste. The curry is finished with mace and nutmeg.
Very mild, with zero chillies or chilli powder. Contains nuts and dairy.
