Dum Murgh Aatishi Recipe is a North Indian Style Chicken curry that has its own unique flavour and a long list of ingredients.
Chicken is first marinated in pomegranate seed powder, chilli powder, fennel powder, and lemon juice, then cooked in a cashew/poppy/melon seed paste, with fresh pureed tomatoes, spices, onion, ginger, garlic, natural smoke extract, and finished with a little cream.
Aatishi Dum Murgh has a medium+ chilli heat, so slightly milder than a Madras. Contains nuts and dairy.
