Badami is a mild boneless chicken curry. First, the chicken is marinated in our freshly blended almond paste, with turmeric, pepper, garlic, ginger, and cream. The oil is then tempered with bay, green cardamom, peppercorns, and cinnamon. Once the oil is seasoned the marinated chicken is fried, and then enriched further with cream, garam masala, methi, and milk.
This dish has zero chilies and is suitable for those who can’t tolerate spicy curries. It is however extremely tasty and a wonderful alternative to our aromatic Chicken Korma, or our super-rich Butter Chicken.
