Our Chicken Korma is light, fragrant, and made to a super authentic recipe. And unlike a British Indian Korma, it’s not at all sweet or sickly. Chicken is marinated in yoghurt, ground whole coriander, turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Then cooked with a blended onion paste, whole Kashmiri chilli, cinnamon, clove, and green cardamom. The dish is finished with ground poppy seeds, almonds, lemon juice, and real saffron. Exquisite, rich, and fragrant.
