Based on our tasty Dhaba Nagori Dal, but with the addition of finely diced chicken breast, this curry has been a hit with everyone who’s tried it. Lentils, lean chicken, and roasted whole spices combine to make a moreish and filling curry. While it’s richness comes from the use of plenty of ghee and dried fenugreek.
