Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu is a gravy-based brinjal (baby aubergine) dish from Tamil Nadu. It has the sour taste of tamarind, combined with coconut and a spice paste, and is cooked in sesame (gingelly) oil.
Medium spice. Contains sesame and mustard. Vegan.
