Keralan Style Beef Curry pack a punch in both heat and flavour. And for a Keralan curry it’s quiet unique, in that it’s cooked without any fresh coconut or coconut milk using tomatoes instead.
Like a Dopiaza, its cooked with double onions, both shallots and white onion. Heat comes from both Kashmiri chilli powder, regular chilli powder, black pepper, and fresh green chillies.
The curry is seasoned with garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and further spices.
