Lagan Ki Gosht

Rich, fragrant and decadent. Tender local lamb marinated overnight and then cooked with roasted onions until tender. Once cooked the curry is finished with a unique powdered masala, roasted gram flour, lemon juice, and fresh mint and coriander. Mild to medium.
