Spicy Mangalorean beef curry packed with flavour from heady roasted spices, fragrant fresh ginger, tamarind, green chilli, and a freshly ground masala base. This curry can be made with or without coconut. I’m offering the no-coconut recipe because I already have lots of spicy coconut-based curries.
