Sri Lankan Beef

One of our spiciest curries made to an ancient recipe and slow-cooked for maximum flavour. Tender chunks of beef are simmered in creamy coconut milk with an array of whole and powdered spices, lots of red chillies, fresh green chilli, fresh curry leaves, mustard seeds, tamarind and pandan leaf.
