Thank you so much for all your custom this year folks, with everything going on in the world its so heart warming and reassuring to have such an amazing and supportive customer base.
This year we’ve pivoted the business to match peoples requirements. To start with vegetarian and vegan options have become more popular, and thus we increased our plant-based options. We’ve also hosted several supper clubs including a special vegan thali night, and four demonstration days showcase our chaat, and Indian street food.
Chaat Man Indian Deli is now closed for Christmas. We will reopen on Friday January 13th. If you wish to pre-order our first menu of 2023 will go live on our website on Monday the 9th of January around 6pm.
So what’s in store for 2023 I hear you ask?
Well initially survival. But don’t panic or worry, Chaat Man Indian deli is doing just fine. But for 2023 I’d just like to carry on as I am, with a good solid customer base and enough income to pay the bills. And if I were to stare into my crystal ball just a little, I’d love to set up some cooking lessons, maybe write a cookbook, and, in a few years time maybe open a little restaurant. I’ve even got a restaurant name, domain name, theme, and menu ready to go, what a foodie geek I am eh!
But for now all I wish for is a nice Christmas break with my family, Louise, and my Labrador Maya.
