Hi folks, as we close 2022, I thought it would be appropriate to reminisce about some of our most memorable food moments of the year.
In 2022 we held three supper clubs (one vegan), three chaat taster days, catered for a few birthdays, held one-off private events, and cooked a ton of food for our little deli.
And like clockwork, every month we attended both Beccles and Lopham Farmers Markets notching up 34 market dates.
We also added many new dishes to our menu that are now bestsellers, think Chicken Ghee Roast, Honey Murgh Makhani, and Karnataka Lamb Chops (shown below)
In 2023 we aim to add further new dishes highlighting lesser-known curries that tick the specialty and regional box. And more healthy options covering dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and satvic.
I’ve also been working on a new project that will manifest in 2023. It’s an idea that completely turns Indian cuisine on its head and will be tested by a select group of “tasters”, one evening in the deli, as a free supper club, in return for constructive criticism and feedback.
In 2023 you can also expect further events and supper clubs, and greater use of our blog, where you’ll find all the latest news and special offers. And if you really want to stay up to date you can sign up for our newsletter via our home page https://chaatman.co.uk
So may I wish you all a Happy New Year, and again, thank you all so much for your support, you’re all amazing!
