As our regular customers know, every now and then we host a pop-up restaurant or supper club. These events allow us to serve food that can’t be sold via the deli counter, either because it need to be eaten straight away, or is not suitable for reheating. They also allow us to dabble in running a restaurant, without the massive commitment or costs. But we can only host a few each year, anything more than that and we’d be classed as a permanent restaurant, and thus, the red tape would appear!
