Nut Roast anyone?

I’ve decided to cook my family a nut roast this Christmas. I do love a good nut roast. But it has to be exceptionally good, with a high ratio of chestnuts, mushrooms, mixed nuts, and cranberries. This year I’m cooking the ultimate nut roast with black garlic, aromatic spices, and orange zest, and I was wondering if you’d like one too?

I’m going to prepare five roasts. One for myself, one for my son who’s recently converted to vegetarianism, and three to sell. Each roast serves 6 -8 people and will be priced at £30 each. They’ll be wrapped in a liner, frozen, and will require overnight defrosting before cooking the following day.

The Nut Roasts will be made with premium ingredients. Black garlic alone costs almost as much as the nuts, but it imparts a lovey Unami flavour and is worth adding. The roasts also contain chestnut mushrooms, French puy lentils, butter, and vegetables.

With only three roasts available I’d recommend you reserve one ASAP by emailing Phil at contact@chaatman.co.uk The roasts will be sold on a first come first serve basis. And will require you to collect from the deli.
