I’ve decided to treat myself, Louise, and our children to a short break after what’s been an amazingly busy summer. Cooking so much food on my own, and keeping to such high standards does eventually mean I have to take time off. Chaat Man Indian Deli will be closed for the last week of August. Being a fifth week there are no markets. So please make note that the deli will be closed from Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th. And there will be no local delivery service on Saturday 31st. Everything will be back to normal the following week.
I’m spend the first half of the week resting at home. The second half will be spent in The Peak District. I love being out in nature, as do my kids. Louise is also a fan, and we’re all looking forward to spending some quality time together. And of course we’re taking Pacha, she loved The Lake District earlier in the year and I’m sure she’ll love The Paak District just as much.
Thanks again all for custom during the warmer months. This summer has been particularly busy with very high sales and plenty of new customers. Don’t forget he deli is now open three days a week from 12 pm to 5.30 pm, Wednesday to Friday, making our authentic Indian cuisine even more accessible to you. All pre-orders do still have to be collected on Fridays though (or Saturdays at a market) as I’m still cooking right up until Thursday afternoon.
