Easter has always been a very quiet time for me, so this year I’ve decided to take the week off rather than cook a ton of food and cross my fingers. This means the deli will not be open from Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd, and Friday 3rd of April. And I won’t be attending Beccles Farmer’s Market on Easter Saturday.
Instead, I’m going to paint the shop floor and give the kitchen a deep clean. And then spend a few days on the North Norfolk coast with Louise and Pacha. I hope you all have a lovely Easter and will catch up with all the following week.
