A spicy chicken curry from the Dungarpur region of Rajasthan.
Chicken is marinated in a rich masala with asafoetida, spices, curd, ginger, garlic, and lime. The chicken is then fried in ghee before being doused in a chilli tomato puree with further aromatics and kewra water.
Spicy medium+ with a good amount of fresh green chilli and chilli powder. Contains dairy. Very flavourful.
